  • So a translation that comes from less reliable and less ancient manuscripts is more reliable than translations from more reliable and more ancient manuscripts? That makes no sense whatsoever.

  • seriously?!? seriously?!? SERIOUSLY?!? ... and by the way ... all the scripture quoted at the end is found in each version of the Bible he just condemned ...

  • I would like to point out that you use the 1769 Oxford edition, not the 1611.

  • Hey if the KJV was good enough for the apostle Paul - then it's good enough fer me!

  • Best thing to do is get a few different Bibles. Some Bibles are translated from a more word-for-word translation; and some are translated from a more thought-for-thought. Get one or two from each. Or, ideally, learn greek and hebrew - that's the best way. The King James Bible is not the original Word of God... it is a 1611 translation of the Word of God.

  • The KJV is full of errors, just like most of the english bibles. The KJV is influenced greatly by the time error it was written in. Also the writers didn't have access to all of the Greek text, so they just entered what their interpretation on thing that they had no clue on. To say the KJV is the best and others are bad or evil is pure hog wash. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I believe the KJV is inspired more by man, than God.

  • YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!

  • THIS IS A W E S O M E !!!!

    SIMPLY, AWESOME! JUST LOVE IT!!

My goodness, this gives me the goosebumps!!

It is beautiful!! Thank you for the thrill!

  • I love your song my friend,God bless you for what your doing

  • @Godpleaser77 Ephesians 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

    (KJV)

Ephesians 5:1 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children

    (NIV)

i have a question,,,,,,, can you imitate GOD or just follow God's instructions?

  • @bibleis666 if you are saying that the bible is the mark of the beast, where did you learned about the prophecy of the two beast?????

it makes me wonder,,, why would read the Book that you don't like?

yes, i know that you think that the revelation of God is separated from the bible,,

but still you have read it from the bible

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

  • We like it!

  • THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST! Constantine (1st beast) legalized Christianity & had 50 bibles compiled for his church. KING James (2nd beast) 666 # of a man, born 1566, 6th of Scotland, authorized 66 book bible, an image of God's Word. You carry it in your hand, you memorize it in your head, you make it speak (the bible says) You create an image of Jesus in your mind from it. You break the new covenant of God by having faith in the bible instead of in Jesus by the Holy Ghost.

  • @bibleis666 Yep - it sounds like idolatry to me.

  • @pseudorandom331 The truth is liberating.

  • Think I will stick with my NIV! If I want to research something, I will look to the Greek and the Hebrew!

Hebrews 13:2 NIV Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.

Hebrews 13:2 KJV Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

Stop idol worship! If you are not studying the original language, then your going to be in trouble either way! Unawares!

  • Cont....Personally, I think it’s easier to lead people astray with the KJV! PS I only used the Hebrews Scripture because I was studying it this week

  • language changes.

  • how about that

  • Yeah, why don't you sing a song about the many different versions of the KJV, because things that are different can't be the same, right? Now, that would make quite a song.

  • Someone has been listening a little too much to King Peter Ruckman and Queen Gail Riplinger. BTW, the one with the "cuss words" is not a "Bible" but a PARAPHRASE.

  • Oh, puuuuhllleeeeeezzze...Spend more time reading your Bible than trying to sing ridiculous twangs not based on fact.

  • I sincerely hope that you are not serious -about this. If I were you, I'd be really careful calling the Word of God "perversion," even if it isn't the translation you like. It's not my place to judge you for that, but God certainly will.

  • The KJV Dictionary (a newly published book) is a great tool which uses the 1828 Websters dictionary to define all uncommon, doctrinal, and thematic terms in the KJV Bible. Just google "KJV Dictionary". If we are going to stick with the best translation, the KJV, lets at least give others a simple resource to help them understand all the words. God bless you all!

  • Thank God for Westcott and Hort!

  • AAAAMMMMEEEENNNNNN!!!!! Love It!

  • Great video! The King James Bible is indeed the most reliable English Bible!

  • Question Please WHICH version of the KJV are you talking about? the ORIGNAL 1611 SAMPLE Joh 3:16 For God so loued ye world, that he gaue his only begotten Sonne: that whosoeuer beleeueth in him, should not perish, but haue euerlasting life. or the UPDATED version?

  • That is a great point, what about Wycliff's and Tyndale's Bibles? Those versions would have been in middle English. This would have been more difficult than what you just wrote.

  • It seems that even the KJV only people really do not believe in the KJV only, if they did they still use the 1611 ORIGINAL instead of the KJV Updated...

  • @rbmath That's a great question. You just quoted Jn 3:16 and validated a very important point for all the doubters out there. The only thing that has changed is the spelling of certain words. the KJV has not removed entire verses like the new age perversions like the NIV, NASB, Living Bible, Readers digest version and on and on. Thank you for your comments. Hope all your doubter friends will take note of your comment.

  • GOD bless you grandpa'''',,,,,,,,

youre right!!!!! the king james bible is the perfect word of GOD

  • Obviously he doesn't know about the latest manuscripts or textual criticism and that we don't speak in old English anymore. Or maybe doesn't know the history of the KJV's translation? Either way, yes, some English translations are poorly translated and should be thrown out, but those like the ESV are excellent trasnlations and to suggest otherwise is very unwise.

  • I like the song. I don't like the country music background music though. The lyrics are great.

  • I thought "some-thing" was wrong. LOL!!!

P.s. The Nashville canned track sucks just like you!

  • What a complete dumbass -- God creates all kinds.

  • Shouldn't we then just go back to hebrew, greek, and aramaic then?...any other language would just be imperfect right? Suppose those chinese christians shouldn't have their translation either...its really a very silly thing to think that King James Authorised version is the only bible we can use...NKJV and ESV for the win lol

  • Well, if the King James bible can not make holy people after 300 years do you think those other perversions would work??? If you can speak English you can understand the King James bible...If you have enough scene to set your clock to wake up in the morning..then you have enough scene to read the King James bible..the other bible's have over 3,000 words missing and scriptures twisted...

Luke 16:17: And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.

  • Great Song..

    I loved it...

  • That was great. You KJV onlyers provide so much entertainment. Many thanks.

  • @bopritchard And you NIV guys provide so much ignorance. You can't love the

NIV that has verses intentionally removed from it. If you actually read your bible rather than listen to your pastor who knows nothing about the bible, you'd be smarter than he is. Most professing Christians only know about the bible what their brainwashed preacher knows about the Bible which in most cases isn't very much.

  • @TheExtremeCloser One of my favorite things to do, is to look at someone’s channel when they make bold Christian statement! You have not one Christian item on you channel! Your only upload is a video called how to close the sale…..Need I say anymore?

  • So you say. But, I am pointing out that the KJV 1st. Ed CONTAINED THOSE BOOKS (and a couple of others). So, forget the spelling error issue, purple elephants, other non-sequitors and answer me this:

If the KJV 1st Ed. English translation is the perfect and preserved Word as you claim, then why aren't you reading it? If it was perfect then it should be good enough for you and anyone else!

  • Comment removed

  • Enough! Consider this. If the KJV is the preserved , perfect, and only translation for the English speaking world, then it should have been perfect from the get go.

In the KJV 1611 Ver: Matthew 26:36 reads Iudas instead of Iesus (in the Garden of Gethsemane). Whoops!

In the KJV 1631 Ver: Exodus 20:14 reads Thou shalt commit adultery

In the 1653 KJV Ver: 1 Corinthians 6:9 reads Know ye not that the unrighteous shall inherit the kingdom of God?

    Shall I go on?

  • matt 26:36 says Jesus in the first printing, you are referring to the second printing. nice try.

as for the other editions, it was needed to correct spelling errors (which are only presentational errors, not true errors in the Bible) and why are you using an 'l' instead of a "j"? I think you are confusing the symbol that used to be used for the letter 's'. Yes it was perfect, it was being purified from the 6 preceding english Bibles (Psalm 12:6-7: "...purified seven times"

  • Ironically, you have just made my point. If it was the only perfect and preserved English translation it would have been perfect from the beginning. There would not have been any errors - spelling or otherwise. The 1st Ed. would have been it. It wasn't -- sounds like a cult to me.

  • spelling errors are only presentational errors. If I give you a perfect bible with a tear in a page suddenly it's not perfect?

So now you use the scarecrow argument, calling us cultists. You might want to learn what defines a cult before you start throwing around accusations.

  • You still havn't answered my original question. The 1st Ed. contained 80 books. Does your version have the same number? If not then the 1st Ed. wasn't perfect was it? If so, then what version are you reading?

    P.s. It's a strawman argument.

  • Yes it's a "strawman". Unfortunately my words aren't infallible :)

I don't have to answer your original question, because I'm questioning your definition of an "error". That's like asking me, "Why are elephants purple?" then demanding I respond. Sorry, no can do.

As for the the Apocrypha, it was placed in the MIDDLE for historic reasons, it was never accepted as part of the canon by the translators. Even the Jewish scholars didn't accept it.

  • @pseudorandom331 They weren't spelling errors genious, that's how they spelt things 500 years ago. although the spelling has changed, compare the first version with todays verson. There is no difference in what is spoken in the verses. However, take out your NIV, the devils version and you'll see over 50 verses completely removed. Stop listening to your brainwashed pastor and study to show yourself approved unto God 2 Tim. 2:15

  • @TheExtremeCloser

    1) For one who cannot spell "genious" , "spelt", "todays", "verson" you are on shaky ground with such an accusation.

The whole world trembles in the face of your towering intellect!

    Pax!

  • I would like to know what edition of the KJV this guy reads and considers to be the perfect word of God.

  • I think this is a great video! I am all for you!

  • A Great Song! with a powerful message! Thank God for anyone who now a days that takes a stand or Gods preserved word for the English speaking People.{done in a cute way}

  • Must not bother you to lie and blaspheme the Word of God...ignorant one, I doubt you actually own or read a genuine 1611 KJV. He scholar did Jesus and Paul read the KJV?

  • Amen. Anyone who thinks it doesn't matter which translation to read should to a comparative study on Zechariah 13:6 between the different translations. That is really "eye opening."

I also know that the NIV left out whole passages in II Kings, and that I quit reading "The Message" because of all the curse words.

  • So sad! So ignorant!

  • What did Christians read from 33AD to 1611AD? LOL...

  • don't worry about then be concerned about now? just a thought

  • Here's a thought... How about answering my question?

  • they Had about 5000 manuscripts the Textus receptus they had other Bibles from that text not the quality as the King James the Great Bible many times only had one tied to the Pulpit common People did not have a Bible so King James gathered 54 on a translation committee and with the Lords Help produced the KJV with 7 updates of spelling of words and God Preserved the KJV and has keep it without error God is Good!! Just a Thought?

  • pseudorandom331--the KJV is God's word for the english speaking people. other languages have their versions based on the proper manuscripts. like dreamer said--dont worry about them, worry bout your soul

  • Oh. And your historical sources for that statement are? Just because some espouse a position doesn't make it fact. This is nothing more than pseudo-intellectual pabulum!

  • I like this song!!!

  • Some think this song is funny, but I disagree. It is one of the saddest songs in the entire world. Only the death of Jesus on the Cross could be more sad. It is far too true to be funny. God has allowed Satan to flod this sinful world that hates God's Light with false testimonies of the gospel and everything about the eternal Truth of God. It is man's shame, not the Lord's. It is because of the love of pleasures and the hatred of God that this is happening. God is NOT mocked.

  • yee-haw!! LOL ~ great!!!

  • Hey brother, can u please upload the lyrics or can u send it thru email?

  • SING IT OUT! LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN, GOD' RULES THE KINGDOM, OF OUR NEW HOME.

    Great video, God bless

  • I love the song.

  • I thought I was the only person who had a coy of that song! I have a copy by the Marshall Family. I justed posted a Chicken Soup Bible Video with the track.

    Great Video!!

    God bless,

    JimQualls

  • great job papa love amanda and emily

  • Thats right brother, the KJV is the book. And tell Mike (1cartoon2 fella) that I'm mad at him now for bringing up that Blue Jay thing in that email he sent me.

    GRRRRRRRRRRR.

  • what if I told you that the translators of the Anglican Version told us to use updated translations when they became available? Still wouldn't change your mind would it?

  • I thought this was gonna be corny when I first turned it on and it was. But it was also VERY TRUE! Thanks.

  • Amen! The King James Bible is the perfect word of God.

  • well gorsh. I think we should use only the REAL bible, written in hebrew and greek. These modern King James versions are 17th century perversions of the REAL bible.

    duh.

  • blasphemy

  • Somebody please tell me this is a spoof. Please?

  • @reboyce

This is a spoof, Like the NIV, the NASB, the Living Bible, The Amplified Bible, the ESV, the Readers Digest Version and all the other spoofy version Satan has produced to deceive this generation of watered down Rick Warren believers.

  • @TheExtremeCloser Let me ask you this: where was the perfect preserved Word of God in 1610?

  • Amen Brother. AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN!
