I don't know about this... Does Google keep your documents? Will or can this information be accessed by someone else? Are they really saying "Do your work on our site and leave it here? - On our site?" ehhhh... makes me a little uncomfortable. What does anyone else think?

I use it ... its great. You can access it anywhere. they have better things to worry about then what you put in it. people can only access it if you let them.

You are correct but uncomfortable is an understatement. Google scan everything you upload/e-mails and matches the content so they can display matching advertising.

The concept is brilliant however I think it should be an intranet server instead of internet...

You can block access to your content for everyone except Google and anyone that can twist Googles arm to release your information to them.

To make that first step work (where two company names are "dragged" with the bottom right handle to continue an inferred pattern) - hold the CTRL KEY while you drag (option key on the mac)...

what I don't like about Google Docs is that when you print something it comes out like a webpage. There's a url at the bottom. Other than that, great stuff.

Yeah, that's sometimes not very cool. A good workaround would be to export in PDF then print.
