68, 69, and 70 chargers was pretty much the same, to make the 70 into the 69 you had to change the fenders, front grill and hood. The 70 charger has a wrap around bumper thats actually nicer than the 69 but certainly different than the 69. Other thing changed was the side marker lights. They worked, on the 68 and 69 the side marker lights was just reflectors with no bulbs etc.
There may have been a few 1970 Chargers used from time to time, but this really remains unclear. Alot more parts had to be swapped to make a 70 look like a 69.

Im gonna buy a General Lee one day. But for now I'm only gonna have my dream truck. 1977 Ford F150, and im gonna put a Dixie Horn in it. haha.
