Interesting,I believe it's important to think about what do you do if your dating and you would like to hear from God if the person you're dating is your spouse? lol...you know just cutting to the chase. I'm at this point in my life and although someone may love you it's important to seek God if this person is in fact the one for you. Maybe the two can fast and pray together???I'm planning on doing this to really get answers to either move fwd as single or married eventually.

These teachers are always married and have absolutely NO CLUE what is to be a Christian Single. I am absolutely infuriated that we are so forgotten. I believe physically beautiful or married people don't even want to fathom what it is like because they fear it so much. I also believe that they don't give a care about it. I struggle a lot with this, especially coming out from a ungodly relationship I was in. The thing was, I became a Christian within the relationship I had with this woman, it later destroyed me spiritually. I have been single for almost five months and was hanging in there and that loneliness got to me, and depression. It really sucks.. Tempation is also everywhere too.. It's a long process with getting renewed..

@Jukemdrawles699 Thanks for your honesty. My advice to you is to not feed your flesh with anything that could wake up your desires. Be careful with the thinks that you watch and the items that you read. The more you feed your desire the more you will have the desire. Feed your spirit instead with the things of God. Build up your spirit and thus your relationship with God. Be blessed!

Well I can cope because I have a great friend (big deal) that is by my side in all this. Not many girls have that. Every body left and right, young and old are getting married. It's hard to deal with when people are romantic. It's waving cheese in front of a mouse. Love is a beautiful thing, and people will feel the pressure to do what it takes to get it. Thank you 4 this. As a 19 year old with most friends both male and female all younger than me all married now, it's hard to be an example.

I hope this is not coming too belated. I have tried all sorts of online dating sites and by God (not swearing lol) the outcome scared me to highest heavens. I am 34 yr old male who is SINGLE and one of the worst moment you could be is to single and have a mom who seem not to have no other conversation to discuss with you other than your single status.

In addition to what you highlighted in this introduction is the fact that we need to let learn to let go of our past relationship regardless.

As far as remaining single for the rest of our lives. . .I believe that some are called to that lifestyle even Paul the apostle wrote about this. But being single for your lifetime is a calling and should not be taken lightly.

You really have the gift of encouragement. I wish there were more Christian singles out there making videos like this. It is not a sin to be single! You know what the Bible says about that. I would rather be closer to God than to man anyday. If he send me a mate fine, if not then I guess HE wants me all to himself and that is wonderful. Be encouraged Christian singles! Wow U are so right about Singleness I m a single Brotha I just got out of a 5 Year relationship I was engaged but I still struggle with wanting to get back with my Ex-girl I still love her she is a Christian too we broke up because we both needed time to work on us first ! You put emphasis on gender and race, but I'll tell ya what; I'm a single white male (34) and the very things you bring up are the same we all face as human beings. God created us social beings...then the "world" includes those holidays you mentioned (Valentin, Christmas, birthdays) and yeah...it can bring on sadness, longing no matter what your background is.
