interesting how different this is from the mentality of a g.i. for a colonoscopy. some assert that colonscopy is more of a risk of irritating the colon considering few polyps become cancerous.

this might be compared to regular gum work every 6 mos. vs a bridge after 50 years of gum rotting teeth loose replaced by a 5000 dollar bridge or at least deep gum cleaning which 4eires loads of novacaine shots. in the same way colonics every 6 mo for 75 after age 35 would be better than colonoscopies.

Although I appreciate their humor and sexual value, I'm really dubious about the whole health thing. The founding principle behind it dates back a few millenia, and medical journals have shown consistently that even a small amount, like half a pound will cause insane crippling pain if its trapped. Really anything you douche out woulda been shat out anyway, otherwise youd be in horrible pain (like a constant, shrieking pain).
