  • no the last guy is NOT right. He doesn't seem to care about chinese weapons. I mean it doesn't matter for china, whether it signs NPT or not. china is going to test whenever it wants. Remember, china is also going build nuclear reactors and supply nuclear fuel to pakistan without any permission from NSG. Majority of senators know that NPT and NSG are useless, when it comes to communist countries and dictatorships. Yes, India is a democracy and india will continue to make nukes with its nuke fuel

  • the last guy has it right. the treaty should be signed BEFORE the deal is made. it's hard to undo a deal. bush and his minions just couldn't be beat on this one though.

at least some still have their sense and wits.

i still feel for the indians and wish they had electricity like most americans do. it is important to offer jobs to them too.

  • world can trust india. we have to have nukes cuz we are surrounded by china and pakistan, india will never be a nation to use it first, or i say use it at all. This guy is a retard hes comparing pakistan and iran to india, which is retarded as india has clean record, and india is the biggest democracy in the world. Indian people can topple a government in a day if they want, its so strong. people will never vote for nuclear war.

  • if i were india, i would want to have nukes too. i believe the india is full of good natured people who i see as too civilized and peaceful to make war unless they absoutely had to use defense. indian people i have met in the US are so friendly and educated and humble.

and wow, now that's what i call a democracy. the people vote for war. that's what the US needs. power to the people. our president is the one who decides when to declare war. all people can do is call or email reps and senators.

  • India has more to loose if at all they test nukes for WoMD. Moreover, the ever increasing energy requirements in India is the real driver for this Nuke Deal. I think this is a good decision.
