Remember, china is also going build nuclear reactors and supply nuclear fuel to pakistan without any permission from NSG. India has more to loose if at all they test nukes for WoMD. Moreover, the ever increasing energy requirements in India is the real driver for this Nuke Deal. I think this is a good decision.
