the toddler is the perfect criminal because she looks so innocent that nobody would ever think she's responsible for the bad things that are happening...
Of course, I don't get what bad things she's doing. I know she started a storm (Good for crops) and lit a birthday cake (Can make $ as a magician, also keeps kiddies away from lighters) but how exactly are those evil??? They're just kinda E.S.P. to me.
She could grow up to be someone Ness and Lucas fight over.
