I have the 2011 model 22 degree 1850 lumens Betty with the soft battery case, had it since June last year.
I am legally blind and have night blindness and I can sufficiently see in the pitch black darkness at 40kph+ with the light on 33% power. People toss around the "daylight" word far too much but at least in a 20-30m range at full power, this light IS daylight, no other light I had before I could say that for.

Almost a thousand bucks for a stupid flash light! I just use $1.00 rechargeable LED and duct tape.
