Great idea! I was wondering if it can be use for empanadas. Or could you fabricate a perogie maker 5" to 6" diameter. It could also be used for calzones, samosas and etc.
Hunky Bill is a legend among men. He was recently at our local fall fair, and I had a chat with him when everything was closing up and being torn down. He gave me two free corned beef sandwiches to boot(with the obligatory mustard and horseradish)
@davrosd why don't you watch one of the videos on how to makes some??? They're pretty easy once get the hang of it and you can experiment with different fillings... cheese, potatoes, potatoes + cheese... add bacon and onions, some people use raisons with the potatoes or sweet potatoes???
This is good stuff. Hunky Bill has been supplying the PNE since 1953 or something I heard. Im sure you can look him up. A few years back Rock101 did a quick one on one interview with him. Radio gold!
@BananaJSSI Hunky Bill is the epitome of a Hard-Working Ukrainian emigrating to Canada and living the dream of entrepreneurship. If youve been to the PNE, YOU KNOW HUNKY BILL! This guy is a local legend!

Marushka is Ukrainian for Mary ( his wife i think )

Actually Hunky Bill is from Winnipeg. A classic video, and there's more, if they are saved like this one.
