I like it when there is a cheaper solution when everything else is really expensive. The softness of the silicone makes the focus pulls look smooth, which is a nice touch. I suppose it could also reduce camera shake when operating the focus.

Ive been using one of these for a few months now, I got the idea from Quick FX on Knoptop. They are really useful :)
