It's the same game. The only difference is that there's no online play and you need a link cable to play against multiple people.

I LOVE this game! I loved it so much, I honestly own TWO copies of this for dreamcast. Dead serious. If they ever bring this game to XBLA, I would slap my own mama!

At a recent party this was the game of choice over Halo, Mortal Kombat, Bomberman and Street Fighter. It would fit perfectly on XBLA.
