You can't really judge this CD by its cover. That's because "Voices" is a potpourri of vocal work that arguably doesn't fit Yanni's traditional paradigm of world instrumental new-age. It sounds more like a pop music CD, I've been a Yanni fan for years, but when Ethnicity was released, I could sense a hint that Yanni was beginning to depart from this traditional mistique of foreign inspired instrumentals. This album for me was a disappointment. I miss the exotic, inspirational sound.

All of these vocalists that are part of "Yanni Voices" are so talented. Nathan reminds me a bit of Josh Groban the way he sings Italian with an opera like voice. Nathan and Chloe sing well together, and Chloe also sings very well with Ender. Such a talented group of people, I am very much looking forward to the release of this album.

Honestly his voice is awesome, truly. Hers is also very lovely BUT, I prefer Yanni's music without the voices. It is my opinion he should have composed separate music for these wonderful and powerful voices. He has done that in the past with other voices as well.
