  • The contrast between the native Thais and visitors is amazing. Thais seem to have so much more drive and passion, always going at it 100%. Seems alot of visitors just go out there for a bit of training and a holiday! Why go if you're not going to reach down inside yourself and really push your limits?!

  • I do intense C.O.R.E. work outs every 3 days, I've found I've gained much more control of my whole body, speed, power, and balance, I have been swept on my butt or taken down. I believe having a strong core is the MOST important thing in any sport.

  • Core is the probably the most important thing to have in any sport.

It controls power, speed and balance. Strong core gives you full control over your body.

  • C.O.R.E training like this should be used for every sport, especially fighting, any style requires balance, explosiveness, speed and power,

If you have a strong core, you will have control over your whole body.

like in MMA, your punches and kicks come from the rotation of your hips. on the ground you're able to move around and keep your balance much easier.

  • Thai people are ripped!

  • try more like 20 push ups between every round for the 3 hours then 300 sit up 100 push ups then medicine ball gets bounced of your stomach about 50 times..not easy at all i was there for 2 months had a brilliant time cant wait to go back

  • Core conditioning lasts 30+ minutes and includes multiple exercises, not just 10 sit-ups.

  • @NakMuayThai where is tiger muay thai.cause ive done thai boxing but i mostly stick with taekwondo(PURPLE BELT!!!!!)but i need a better abb workout

  • good video as it shows both core training and lower back training, all sports professionals know wokring the abs should be followed by working the lower back as an unbalance in ab and back strenght can lead to many problems concerning the back

  • C.O.R.E. conditioning or AB work is one of the most important exercises for a Muay Thai fighter. Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training camp has Abdominal conditioning 3 times per week including lots of different exercises with medicine balls to help create that strong ab and six-pack abs that are a staple look of good Muay Thai fighters. Take a good solid knee to the midsection in a fight and you will appreciate all the C.O.R.E. training you do in the Muay Thai and MMA training programs.

  • Guest training CD. Guests are welcome to make own CD play list and we'll play during training. Real World wide mix.
