It also says that Bowser used black magic to turn the mushroom people into the various objects found around the Mushroom Kingdom, and that he captures Peach, NOT BECAUSE HE LIKES HER, but because she can break the spell and turn everybody back. For some reason Nintendo seems to have forgotten that Bowser has magic powers, doesn't like Peach or that Peach has actual parents.
