Wow Japanese version is way different from North American trailer. Meryl, Snake, and Naomi looked all messed up, and snake (tries) to kill himself in a building, but in North American version it's at The Boss' grave.

Hideo Kojima is japanese thats why mgs4 originated in japan in japanese language. They converted it to english so we could understand.

Correct with the reason why Snake is aging. "Les Enfant Teribles" Or "The Terrible Children" was the project that Solidus, Solid and Liquid snake were made from.

FOXDIE really wasn't even a virus, it was a nanomachine colony as told by Naomi. The only effect that FOXDIE has on snake is he gets disorented when SOP is forcibly taken over.

Okay this is the last game so says Kojima in his interviews, but knowing its Kojima that said it... who knows, but I'd be happy if this was the last game, I mean I wouldn't want it to get crappy after awhile like some games.

you have to remember, hes a clone of the original snake... meaning his body wears out faster, ages faster, if you saw the 15 min trailer at E3, they explain everything. The clones themselves cannot reproduce becuz of some gene structure error

Of course Kojima-san does have a way of surprising everyone, remember when we all thought snake was the main character in mgs2?

He switched the models on us.

But anyways, Liquid Ocelot creates a new outer heaven (not by choice of ocelot, by choice of liquid, living in in ocelot's arm) and it's up to snake to stop it, that's the story of the game from what I've seen/heard from Kojima-san

Big Boss was in his fifties when they made his clones, this explains why Snake looks so old, born in 1972 of the "Les Enfants Terrible" project, this game is based in 2015, 6 years after the big shell. So that'd make him 43, but due to the cell degeneration he is much older.
