  • Elliot, what are the origins of these exercises?

    What are they geared towards and how effective are they?

    Also how safe are they for athletes, have you seen any injuries due to the exercises?

  • that is a gr8 workout for the core..jus 1 question, how should i integrate this into my workout. i am into a push/pull split and this seems to work the whole body.
