  • All of the videos have been received, there's a LOT more than we anticipated so it will take some time to review them all.

  • Hello people! Dr. Brooks wants you to find a video on YouTube that provides an example of dating/cheating -- taking what you already see/know and seeing the pattern as discussed in class. He is looking for the video to cover topics like the Theory of Indispensability. The video can be a movie clip or real life example. Please include the time frame for your video, i.e. 3:05-4:15.

  • Hey Folks, this youtube channel will capture everyday life with a sociological narrative/explanation.

Imagine capturing a relationship break up live or someone falling and no one helping them or someone maxing their credit cards to make up for an unbalanced relationship (respect!) -

And having a subject matter expert explain what really occurs step by step!

  • This is a test question to gauge which medium has the fastest response time...there is no right or wrong answer.

What part of sociology are you most interested in observing/studying?

  • @SociologySHORT It would be most interesting to view the different emotional reactions to break-ups, based upon their socioeconomic and cultural background.

  • I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! We'll be updating you all VERY soon.
