You say this based on...what exactly? Migs have gone up against American-built fighter jets many times, and the US fighters have nearly always prevailed. This is true of the Korean War, Vietnam War, Desert Storm, and Operation: Iraqi Freedom. When exactly have you ever seen Russian Migs win an air war against US aircraft?

@GeforcerFX The F/A-18E is the single and the F/A-18F is the two seater variant of the Super Hornet. On this video I see an F/A-18C that is the single seater variant of the regular Hornet or it might be the older, F/A-18A variant, but as I know the U.S. mainly use the C, but these are only speculations ;)
