Thanks for posting this! The price I am paying for "preventing ovarian cancer" by having had my ovaries removed during my hysterectomy (for endometriosis) is osteoporosis at 35 years of age. In addition, due to needing hrt at my young age, my risk of breast cancer is probably much higher.
ALL health risk factors for each individual woman needs to be addressed when considering ovary removal.
