today a small ball of white bristling light appeared in front of me, when i brought it in to the center i felt great energy in crown chakra, i feel there often. i did not get my root to open very well but i think i had good progress with your nice video :) also during the clearing session toward the end i felt the odd sensation as if i was showered with small pebbles all around my upper body and breast area.. amazing, what does it mean ? :) Thank you !
