  • hey i got a problem. when i do pushups my body's favoring my left arm and im untintentially doing most of the work with my left arm. even when i try to use more of my right arm, my left arm does more. because of this my form is kinda off and my body strays slightly to the right. any suggestions? im 14 and i can do over 50 correct pushups.

  • good form sir

  • Excellent form. I'll personally take a push up over a bench press any day. It's real world functional strength.

  • That was 73 push ups

  • this is bad form no offence but ur elbows are flaring out they should be at 45 not 90 degrees

  • VERY good job not that many people out there who have a level of dedication to reach a goal like this except for when their job requires it like police or military.

  • finally someone with good form and consecutive push ups, i mean you arms could be closer but , none the less amazing

  • GREAT.

  • ive been doing push ups for some years, i can do 84 in a minute. isnt that hard if you practise regularly.

  • PROPS

  • GREAT FORM!

  • awesome! i can barley do 20 but im 12 year old girl though

  • this is exactly how much i can do total now

  • Great form!!

  • Good job man.

  • That doesn't build as much strength as it does tone and mass. I can do 80 slow consecutive pushups on good form and I've found it really does strengthen me alot as opposed to when I did them fast. If I was doing them fast like this guy I could most probably do 90/100.

I eat raw eggs, fish and spinach along with soya milk. Protein and soya are the best for strengthening you and adding mass simultaneously so as to get strength and mass. Make sure you don't heat the food though.

  • wow man very nice job

  • FINALLY someon who did them correct!!! now just do it looking forward! hahaha

  • I do 80 push ups after my daily workout. It's not that hard, just a matter of discipline and time.

  • not bad for an old man XD

  • hoooooooooow the fuck ?! i cant even do 20..........

  • Sounds like his elbows are gonna snap lol,,

  • this is what i call perfect technique good job

  • mmmmm so sexy!!

  • This is great!!

  • WOW how old r u and how much do u weigh?! u have such a good physique! and geez, u do ur pushups FAST...also thx to this vid i got to do 70 straight pushups of my own :D i wish to do at least 100 pushups straight, and GOOD FORM, lik u, and MAYB even go for 120.

  • Thats good.

  • Heh, my max pushups in one attempt was like 45. Although I could do the exact same amount after a quick break .

  • just keep it up you'll soon the same amount WITHOUT a break ;)

  • Hahaha i love you.

  • just muscle endurance, does his benching routine involve higher reps like 15 or 10 because that builds more muscle endurance then under 10 reps a set, under 10reps a set provides more strength for a max but you wont have much muscular endurance so its good to change thins up from time to time and work with 10-15 reps for a few weeks

  • i never really do push ups but i do bench 2x a week, a few weeks ago i got 47 push ups with good form and weigh 180lbs.

  • Great form. I went all out the other day and ironically I gave out at 70 as well.

  • good.

  • nice

  • nice form

and nice job keeping the same speed the whole way

  • GREAT FORM!!!!!!!

  • ut also, if i do a lot of them, it feels like a mascle is being pulled around my armpit, is there any way 2 prevent this?

  • im 14 ind i can do 50, is that good??

  • not too bad

  • @mongodongo148

I bet you don't have such good technique as this guy. This is insane.

  • @mongodongo148 shut up I doubt it. Make a video

  • @mongodongo148 I am 17 and i can do 70 ...(after 1 year) so i think its good:D

  • good job man! keep at it!

  • i can do that

  • That is outstanding!

  • good stuff!

  • Very good, perfect technique and no break:these are the very consecutive push-ups! Try to do 100 consecutive push-ups,you can do it and it should be a very amazing job:I haven't seen nobody on youyube doing 100 consecutive push-ups (without break, neither in front leaning position!) with perfect techinque!

  • Thank you. 100 is very doable but I have to train harder but wiser. I sometimes overdo it and injure myself. But you are correct in what others deem as 100 consecutive pushups. Anyone can do that, thinking that taking a break on their hands makes it consecutive. I will try soon.

  • @cementdriveway if im just beggining push ups how long will it take to be able to do this

  • @greenstrategist depends on how often you do them. I do 100 consecutive now, dont know how my form is never filmed it but it's prob ok, but I couldnt do 100 at one point. Try to do 10 when you wake up in the morning and 10 when you go to bed then add them on as you get stronger. Your body will change depending on your daily activities, if you keep it up like that every day it will be in NO TIME, then u wont have any problems pushing shit over lol!

  • thats crazy, i do as many as 300 in a session, but can not do more than 30 in a row, and ive been traing for 4 years. very impressive.

but shouldnt your elbows be in, or can you just do them both ways?

  • Thank you for the comments. Because I tend to keep my arms wider than normal and at shoulder level instead of chest level, then the elbows stick out more. If the distance between my hands and the balls of my feet are shorter and my hands are narrower, then the elbows will naturally tuck in closer to the body. I purposely keep my hands farther up, at shoulder level rather than chest level cause this helps my body from sagging and forces me to keep it stiff and rigid.

  • @megotvtec hei man i've had that problem....try to do 31...and if you can't try again and again...

  • @megotvtec im 14 i can do 70. im not talking about those wussy half ass pushups i mean all the way down and all they way up. 4 months ago i could barely do 25.

  • Perfect. Great job!

  • Great job.

But you shouldn't hold your breath like that.

  • Flawless. They all looked easy. I think you may have an additional 10-15 reps at least. Keep up the good work.

  • How do i say this mm lets see quantity and quality what more can i ask for very nicely done!

  • nice dud very nice respekt

  • 69 push ups in one minute with the correct form is the best result i've seen on youtube.Very good!!!

  • try doing dem slow i bet u want beable 2 do as many

  • slow is easier

  • slow is harder.

easier if you take a break at the top, but harder if you perform the contraction and relaxion slowly.

  • nice but the camera zoom in and out almost killed me lol

  • Excellent form. Were you in the military?

  • Thanks for the kind words. No, I was not in the military. Just intent on doing exercises properly, regardless of how many reps or how tired I am.

  • strong.

  • Awsome man.I dream to do that one day.been training hard.keep up the gr8 form

  • Insanely awsome.I have never seen such perfect and consistant form 5/5

  • Thanks for the kind words. I strive for perfect form from the 1st to the last rep., on any set, on any day of the year. Otherwise, what's the point.

  • That's the way to do pushups! Go for a hundred!

  • Good job! Now that's how you do it.

  • Perfect form.

  • very good how old are you im 16 i can do 70 push ups

  • HI! UNCLE Andrew its me Matthew lee HI!

  • wow, someone actually doing push ups, bravo.

  • thats very nice man, impressive

  • The form on push-up #64 could have been better. Just kidding, that was very impressive. This is Mike by the way. See ya..
