I don´t think she´s ugly.. would rather put it "do not have the special look like other celebs", she does just look like a commoner, average.. but her voice is not near the average singer.... looks shouldn´t be everything, but I guess in _Korea it´s a major part in the musicindustry or any other industry in the media...
