There are a lot of people who use texture hacks and don't hack their game in general, such as infinite bullet bills, blue shells, etc. And I know you didn't say it was the same hack, because you didn't.. And I seriously don't see how what he did in the video could be hacked. Lots of wtf moments happen just like this one.

I would say that the part he rises at is to smooth to be a hack. A moonjump is very slow and repulsive. I think this is legit, and GV is proven once again to be the glitchiest course in MKW.
