It seems to me to be odd that the design makes the machine stitch over the essentially redundant base layer of White it laid first, why is that? As the design went down you clearly see the fabric bunching due to over stitching, that will never lay flat.
@marcuskeeler the white stitching is called an underlay. depending on the type of fabric it is, you dont always have bunching, the backing has a lot to do with it as well, how tight you pull the fabric in the hoop is also a huge factor, sometimes you can pull the fabric tighter around the design and pin it back if you cant make it tight with the hoop.
The machine is a Tajima, you can tell by the upsidedown triangles on the needle numbers. also because the wiper hook is facing left. There is NO way this is real... Its drastically sped up...
the most high tech technology of embroidery machine today only has a maximum speed of 1000-1500 MAX... in fact, 1000 rpm is already consider very very fast...
They used peal and stick backing on a half jacket hoop. They should of used a smaller hoop and hooped the material for the swatch. Side note too much density in the head portion of the do. Other than that great looking logo. Also if they used a Baurdan Machine it would of look 10 times better.
I own several embroidery machines and theres no way that an industrial embroidery machine single or multiple heads could do that in fact the effect when it starst sewing will not go over 700 stiches per minute as you can see the fabric is making some irregular things.
this is a industrial machine so there is no really way of thelling what this one is beause there the same. if your looking for one go to brother and look up th pr 600II,pr 600, pr620II or the pr 620
did they just frame up a piece of backing and then tape the fabric to that? no wonder its all puckered at the end... why wouldnt you just frame up a whole piece? i hate working on tajima's
This got more coverage than it needed. Waste of time.

what is the purpose of putting those tape on the side beside the frame ?
bakaichi 3 years ago
It is an attempt to hold down the fabric, as you can see it did not work well.

but the video idea was cool

It's pretty obvious the speed of the video was altered, the machines cannot trim or pick the thread at that speed or you'll break needles.
carlosb4 4 years ago 10
Hey, carlosb4, you have figured it out. The video was speeded up. Otherwise the process takes 10 times as long.

is the only embroidery machine you have?what is the rpm of this machine?
LKJHGFDSA2222 2 years ago
Pretty obvious if you read the notes posted about the video

@carlosb4 the needles on this machine are made from the same material my giant white dick is.. so the needles dont break, ever.
