she is an angel and it looks like to me you guys are not after pitty just looking to enjoy you baby girl and she looks so happy GBU for making her life happy...
I knew it had to be a catheter of some kind but was making light of it. Why do people have to be so morose when hardship comes their way? Do you really want a pity party after the initial shock and grieving time where ppl are constantly saying how sorry they are for your situation? Mostly without sincerity but in proper decorum. Btw, just google prssure in the coratid artery. But just use common sense and think about how a your hand feels when you squeeze it, even just a little.
What is that plug on her belly? Looks like a plug where you would blow up the ring. These rings are highly dangerous and should not be sold in the US. Pressure in the coratid artery restricts cerebral blood flow. Even if the baby remains conscious, restriction of bllod to her brain will cause deminished brain and neurological capacity as well as increase chance in aneurism and stroke.
@MrMcshane70 1st: the plug on her belly is a Mic-Key button. It's often referred to as a "feeding" button. In laymans terms it's where her feeding tube connects to deliver food to her stomach. Nora lost her ability to swallow at 6 months old due to the disease. She can no longer eat via mouth.
@Goodentree 2nd: If you've used a head-float or neck-float, you'll quickly see that it puts little on the neck itself. The head is actually suspended by the chin, back of the head and the ears. You can easily slip your hand between the head-float and the neck. Our daughter has been using this for years is very intelligent. Do you have any data to back up your claim? I assume since you're unfamiliar with a feeding button, that you're not medically trained. Please forward anything you have

She loves that! That song made me cry though. First time I've heard of SMA. I'm watching all your videos. You're a beautiful family.
