Why is the set so large? It loses the claustrophobic intensity of this bedroom scene and the actors have to do so much running around shouting across such distances. I prefer David Tennant's recent version for this scene even though I admire Fujiwara's version too. I guess I just don't like Ninagawa's interpretation.
