@jernmyre It's weird to see some weak, skinny asshole comment on a weightlifting video criticizing a man doing an exercise with a weight that 99.8% of the world couldn't dream of doing.
forgive me if I'm wrong, but it looks like rob has changed his clean technique, i.e. looks a little slower and it seems that he's bending his arms, a la spencer a bit more. Would you mind explaining what prompted those changes? Thanks for all the videos!
