Teddy is a competent trainer and took Michael Moore to a championship over a very good (at the time) Evander Holyfield. However, Atlas is like some other North American boxing pundits (check out the clown "Dutchy" on TSN) in that he can't seem to stand the fact that eastern European fighters are dominating the heavyweight division. He clearly despises the K brothers and can't help letting it slant his opinions. I hope he has success with Povetkin, the guy seems like a good prospect.

Teddy is a very good trainer and is more than qualified to train Alexander. The only reason the Euro guys are winning right now is because they are bigger than the Americans, and neither have much skill anymore, so the bigger men are winning. 44 year old Evander Holyfield was robbed against Valuev, which shows the current state of the division.

You are exactly right. You can't take a title from a "sort of champion" by dancing around him all night. At most it was a draw because neither did anything. At least Valuev kept chasing Holyfield. Chagaev on the other hand actually fought Valuev on the inside and got the better of him in the exchanges.

They even criticised Wladimir like hell for beating Ibragimov with 1 hand, while Holyfield lost every round against Ibragimov! Holyfield only threw 1 punch in the Ibragimov fight and fell on the canvas!
