1st: Do you have any idea how hard it is to catch a hacker? It's so hard they have to hire hackers to catch hackers. You can't just press charges and boom it's done. Nothing would come of it and Weiner knows that. He doesn't care is the point. IT's embarrassing and it should be over and done with.

The Senator has a duty of care to do everything possible to keep the government's information safe. If Senator's twitter account was actually hacked, he needs to alert the FBI in case any confidential information has been breached or could be breached.
Again if the Senator gave a straight answer up front instead of trying to evade reporter's questions none of this would have happened.

Good for Weiner in refusing to let the media to make a huge story out of this rather than concentrating on asking him about the business he is doing on behalf of the people. I would have no problem if these were tabloid or entertainment news reporters because their sales are always bolstered by sex related stories but I expect the MSM to concentrate on reporting on the most important stories relative to economic and foreign policy issues.
