I agree that first blood was best of the three. And I would also say that Commando is Arnolds best movie, tied with T2 and Predator.

However, I'm my opinion the best Arnold movies is not even in the same league as the rambo series.

The magic is that they actually made you feel for the character, it was not just 80's action at its best, but it also had a deeper meaning, both in the plot and in real life. You couldn't care less who lived or died in Arnolds movies.

@CRB115 Actually the public BEGGED for it... The Die hard series was the sequel - it was re-wrtitten for bruce willis, the character was changed to a cop, and instead of meeting his daughter he was meeting his wife. Arnold decided he never wanted to do a sequel for some strange reason - but was finally talked into it in T2. Arnold would have been great as John Mclane (aka John Matrix) - The simpsons knows this ie check out McBane!!
