I got a question, i'm trying to get the boss phantom PH5000D. But The Onyx NXD5500 has more power even with the RMS. So, which amp should I get? Onyx or Phantom?

@funkmasterflip well I can tell you right now, this amp with these two subs right now is amazing. I have yet to put up a video of the current build but this amp does the job well. If you have the money go for the Onyx but I like the look of the Phantom and it performs quite well

@meeks4 I like the phantom amp too, but when I saw the price on the Onyx amp is much cheaper. I'm debating myself right now of which amp i'm getting.  Yeah, when are you gonna put your video with your subs and amp?

@funkmasterflip Well on account I live in Ohio and we have crappy weather nearly 11 months out of the year, hopefully tomorrow if the rain holds. I'll do a overview of em, a demo and driving with em. I'll put it up soon though

im gunna get 2 subs and 2 ph2500m mono block amps and a 4ch ph4.600 amp with 4 sets of PC65.2C should hit hard and clean oh and a 2din touch screen

i have the same subs. they hit hard i just need a new amp. im running 2 of these on a 1000w kenwood amp in a huge ported box. im not gonna lie they hit really hard in my little rsx lol
