Its really not. You cant help but to have feelings get in the way no matter how much you "roleplay". I would tell anyone that is new to Sl to be careful because it is very real.

Nice video very dramatic and melancolic, i like all. One tips in whispers "if you dont want suffer in second life, do what i did, buy your own land, preferent a sim, then you decide, you take and left persons. And you will see how things change so fast, you the owner of your own land, you will see, if you have the change try it...as i did, is the best. You will see how the ppl fight for you, because oviously you have the power, the land, the money, is omg!.

LOL ajw....you really have no idea about Second Life! Yeah...the graphics are poor and if you treat it purely as a game you are going to get bored pretty fast. There's a lot more to it than that but then I guess it depends on what you want out of it.

Yeah I have fast internet and to be honest prefer to play real MMOs...currently I'm playing LOTRO and if you look at screenshots of that you'll see that the SL graphics are pretty poor. I agree that SL could have made an interesting platform for making machinima movies but the techincal and architecture problems are a killer for me. Anyway, have fun :)

I've never played LOTRO. Is it any good? I just searched earlier and watched a video clip of LOTRO, wOw you can play musical instruments in the game? The scenery looks awesome. Can you customize your own character/avatar with items you make in 3d programs and Photoshop? I would like to make some new videos!

I used to but to be honest it's a game with little point, poor graphics and horrid, horrid performance.

I don't play much either. I only log on to make videos. The graphics aren't too bad on my Mac. Are you on fast internet? Mine loads pretty fast except in high traffic areas there is lag. As to the game with little point, I've made some money in the game. Nothing to get rich off, but something I can accomplish with my talent. :-) All in all, it's not all that bad if you play it in moderation.

You should get the ThreeDeeConnection Space Navigator. This thing lets you achieve incredibly smooth camera movements. I just got one myself and am completely overwhelmed by it...
