@hanykabeel I have exactly the same problem. When I first got the Mada connection, the speed would be 8 Mbps 24/7, but now after 2 months, the speed has become very slow. On good days I get speed around 4 to 6 Mbps( it fluctuates!) in the morning and 2-3 Mbps in the evenings. And after every 2 weeks or so, the speed drops to less than 1Mbps and this lasts four to five days. And whenever I call customer service they have no clue why this is happening.
i did subscribe almost the same time this video was uploaded and the speed test was the same, however after i month it went slower then more slow and now it feel like a dial up modem .... this is sad. i advised all my friends to get Mada and now i am not happy with the service at all. I hope they fix it soon.
And all this happens inspite of having full signal strength and my area is listed in the coverage areas list

كان يوصل عندي نفس السرعه
والحين للاسف وصل النص يعني مرات يوصل ٦ ومرات ٥
والشركه ترى نظامها على حسب الضغط
انا ما اقول الانترنت بطئ ولكن حرام والله انا ساكن في كيفان خايف ان مع الووقت بعد تقل اكثر والله يستر
