They adressed the court summon to the Straw Man = corporate name stated on evry ones birthcirtificate whit a number, because of this, he makes a lawfully claim that the court summon only adresses his corporate name and not to him as a human being.
In this case there is no case and the Judge can only dismiss case.
This is an unknown knowledge to allmost evry one who does not understand how the system works.

Statutes are LEGISLATIVE RULES and if consent is LAWFULLY denied then the Statute is POWERLESS - they MUST be lawful EXCUSE to deny consent - this denial means you rejects the Agents attempt to EXCERCISE AUTHORITY over your Person which is Crown copyright.

Policed by consent does not mean that you can deny the police their duty to enforce the law upon you, whether that is statute or common law (almost all law enforced by police is statute) it means that you have the power to choose who represents your wishes in the law making decisions. Please actually do your research before telling people what you think the law is.

@salahuddin786 Police take an oath to uphold the law, including statute. Therefore you are attempting to deny the police to do their duty by obstructing them. You need to do your research and find out that statutes are laws, and in fact common law even states that statutes are laws, which shows exactly how little you really know. Do you understand what precedent is? Clearly not, as you have also failed to understand that precedent (a form of common law) also dictates that statutes are laws.

NO NO NO - just look at the Oath which has been there for centuries - it is the Common Law - no harm, loss or fraud.
The Statutes are made by the Corporation called London Corporation the Fiction just like we have a Fiction/Person assopciated with us.

@007RoyalFlush actually in order to show cause they must show that you somehow did harm, caused loss or breached the peace....these are laws....all others are statutes and acts and have the colour of law but are not laws in themselves...otherwise whenever you get pulled over for speeding you would be entitled to a lawyer because you are being detained...also they force you to sign a speeding ticket because it is forcing liability on your legal PERSON which is invalid if you sign under duress.

@salahuddin786 You need to go and learn the law, that is not what precedent is. Statutes cannot be overruled in a courtroom. The oath states that police officers must uphold the law. Statutes are the law.

@salahuddin786 Statute = Law. They are given different terms to differentiate the origin of the law. There is absolutely no foundation for a dispute against the validity of statute as law. Common law and precedent dictate that statutes are laws, therefore they are laws. There is no way to argue that.

I do not deny the Statutes are not Laws - but in second to the fact that 1st and foremost they are Legislative rules - if there is justification then I cannot deny consent ..... if I have the lawful excuse then I CAN deny consent.
On denying consent I remain silent in any arrest until it gets to court as they is ABUSE of police power. I would not contract or speak to the AGENT a corporate agent not a CONSTABLE who I respect

Did you know that under UK common law, a police officer can declare you an exile for your crimes and execute you? You try appearing in Court charged with an assault because you were defending yourself. Under common law you are guilty. S3 Criminal Law Act provides you with a defence. Your repetitive nonsense has been done to death, and is just plain wrong.

You get done for not stopping, or not wearing a seat belt, you get investigated maliciously due to these Acts and this has made the police near to the SS gurads.

If someone is found to be attempting to commit suicide, then s136 of the mental health act is there so that police can force that person to be assessed by a mental health professional.
