This video demo is great! I'm thinking though, it'll be cool if you can do one on exporting these settings to code... may be w/ the features module or something. Allowing users to export / import these settings will be awesome!
yeah you can find it at structure > Blocks at leas thats where i can find it.

i think i am going to put a little java script in my html that changes my banner.
