Dear Mahesh, Respects. Very rare captures.....Thank you:) O sensi says here not to look into the opponents eyes. could you explain why? How would i get a better perspective to draw him into me /otherwise to end the fight or to continue?
@umeshbnaidu , some sensei says one should look, but like any projection like a punch strike or tsukis is should not be absorbed or opposed but to lead or let it pass through and lead...don t look to the eyes or to the hand projection but to the totality of the energy body...
there is somethings about Aikido that puts me in a state of pure bliss and peace. because of the peaceful nature of Aikido there is some debate on whether it's effectiveness in real combat. especially against practitioners of rough martial arts and the mixed martial arts of today or military martial arts... but there is one thing for sure: it gives one peace, unity of body, mind and spirit. it dissolves negativity and brings one to the original state of pure unconditional love for all things :)

@03sankyu Ki has nothing to do with any religion, but maybe religion has something to do with Ki. you don t need to be religious to do Aikido...
