  • I checked and it does appear to be a working video.

Thank you for your comments. This band of bandits continue to create anxiety and frustration, and to this day I still receive reports from consumers who were defrauded.

Every one of these people deserve to be in prison!

  • youtube downloader doesn't work with this video, odd that!

  • I don't think they are gypsies, they are Jews from Israel. Dual citizens of New York and Israel. Israeli's should be blocked from doing business here in the U.S.

  • Please contact Mr. Joe Steward with Precision Van Lines for the transportation of your belongings to Orego. Allthough Precision Van Lines is a broker for reputable companies, they will pay for costs involving the shipment.

  • This was another emailed received from JJ. People thinking about any move or relocation should carefully check out the company. Too many out there are frauds and criminals.

Investigators are now in New York and New Jersey checking on this sick bunch of gypsy bandits.

We'll keep you posted, and please also let up know any horror stories that you may have experienced from crooks like Reliance Relocation, Josh Avramovich, Yosef Ashdot et al.

  • @JustinianInvest I don't think they are gypsies, they are Jews from Israel. Dual citizens of New York and Israel. Israeli's should be blocked from doing business here in the U.S.

  • @TheAmazingamerica Also there are dumb people with too much money that aid these people. A lady was charged 7000 dollars MORE than the original quoted price. I told her it was probably Israeli company, she said she didn't care, didn't want to be bothered with reporting it. She doesn't work, uses her husbands money. This attitude keeps these guys in business.

  • My girl worked for Josh reliance reloc. & he screwed her big time. He never paid & every week gave a lame excuse. Then when i went to the office he suddenly came up with a check. A big LIAR, CHEAT, THIEF and other words i wouldnt want to use.

He does operate out of ISRAEL now. He calls people in the usa from ISRAEL under FICTISCOUS names and has been working for OASIS movers in TEXAS, though he is sitting in ISRAEL. DONT USE OASIS PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. ALL THOSE POOR PEOPLE HE HAD.

  • JJ,

Personally I think these moving leaches still live in New Jersey or New York. They are too arrogant and greedy to leave. Next Ashdot and Avramovich will be peddling a Nigerian scam.

Call BBB, local law enforcement, and the federal agency noted in these comments. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Stick with the reputable national movers. You'll be better protected and in the long run they will save you time, money and a lot of frustration.

    Jim Carlin

  • Mr Carlin I wanted to also inform you that my girlfriend waited so long for her stuff only to have broken and missing items. It was a shame how they shifted her belongings and made a once $990 bill into a $4000 bill. After fighting with them we got it down to a lil less than $2000 but most items were broken. We started with Josh when he was called ( allstar moving and it got switched to his other name called shelli vanlines)

  • Now i heard that he is into OASIS moving and storage. Now Josh isnt even in the USA , he is running his phones in ISRAEL !!!!! UNREAL...He is sitting in israel calling people saying he is in TEXAS !!! WOW !!! To everyone out there please watch out for this man and use a rental truck if you need to. Many thanks to Debra who informed me of this mess with Josh and i appreciate this !!! JJ GREEN

  • I just received another email from a victim of Josh Avramovich & Yosef Ashdot and their band of gypsy bandits. As I said in the past, this dubious bunch changes their names, alters the spelling of the company, and moves on (no pun intended) to rob and rape innocent people out of hard earned money. If others have been coned by these people read the comments and you will find links to agencies where you can report these crimes.

Unfortunately, these people never give up. As a consumer, BEWARE!

  • Hello

wanted to drop you a line as i know you did some work for a customer involving reliance relocation and the owner was Josh Avramovich. I wanted to inform you that Josh is now affiliated with OASIS MOVING AND STORAGE which is in TEXAS. It was a poor shame what this man did to customers and now he is with OASIS MOVING. website- Oasismovers dotcom people should know all about him.Hopefully people will realize that josh is the same person as josh with reliance relocation.

    Thanks

    JJ Green

  • When the hell are cops going to put Josh Avramovich and Ashdot in jail?

Theft, fraud, lying goes on even today.

ICE should be looking at this gang for RICO crimes. LOCK EM ALL UP.

  • Well, well, well! Yosef Ashdot just called me today at 4:59PM asking to return his call. I wonder why?

He had just been on the phone with yet another victim in Florida.

Same crooked story, same crooked scam.

People hired a mover in Florida. Yosef's crew shows up in New York for a delivery to Indiana. The hostage load is yet to be found?

Another case for the US DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Yosef, get an honest job will you?

When are you going to learn?

    Jim Carlin

  • One has to wonder if these crimes are mob related and/or can be prosecuted under RICO?

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

When these people from Reliance Relocation Services, supposedly arrived to deliver the victim his goods they caused a problem at the apt. complex. They damaged a gate and police were called. Driver and his partner were abusive to employee on duty.

If you have been scammed, call your local law enforcement agency & FMCSA

    888.368.7238

  • This was verified;

The driver was Ruslan Masnev (called himself "Russell"), spoke Russian (on his cell), besides English, cell 305.877.5999. A big guy, maybe 25, just married, with short spikey blond hair, was accompanied by a quite, thin, dark haired older man who was reading a Russian language paperback (never said a word?

  • Russell was very abusive and belligerent toward the apt. gate guard, the apt. manager, and even the officer (per the manager). • The perpetrators would not accept the victims cashiers check for $2.096. They wanted cash. Victim now believes his property is in storage in Irvine, Ca. Area.

Anyone knowing storage facilities in that area, please call. The victim has notified police on extortion demands by Reliance Relocation Services.

When is this organized gang of gypsy thieves going to be put out of business?

  • Same scam, again, gypsy liars, thieves, and bandits pulling the same storage facility line. Victim in Irvine, California arranged with Reliance to pay $2,096. Two dubious guys showed up claiming to be from Argosy Van Lines, 1009 Park Center Blvd., Miami, FL. Argosy is like Accurate Movers, a shill for Reliance. Argosy is a successor company to another crook, Trans American Van Lines.Kevin, a purported dispatcher answers a number in Miami at 305.655.3580 phone is listed to GUILLERMO RODRIQUEZ

  • Wow! How dumb must these criminals be? Thumbing their noses at DOT? I guess they will have to learn the hard way that crime does not pay! Every time I look here, it is same story, new victim!

  • Today I got him & he said they had put the stuff in storage & their truck had left the state. I had to work out payment terms with Josh. They'd move it "when they got back in the area," but he couldn't say when that would be.

Reliance, Accurate, Josh Avramovich are obviously criminals. Stay away.

And, if you've been or are being burned, contact the agent & police.

  • when they came they said they needed more for a "long" move, some amount between 20 & 30% of what the DOT said I needed to pay; they would not detail the calculation for me. I told the driver that I was told by the agency that the amount I had would get me delivery. He said he'd have his dispatcher talk to Josh & let me know the next morning. That was two days ago. When I called yesterday, the dispatcher said he'd call back in ten minutes -- but he never did.

  • The DOT rep noted here intervened to recover my property & got a payment amount for me which would get me delivery; I got the cashier's check but

  • It's a new Moon, and a Halloween....

and no trick or treat by Reliance Relocation Services. It is another BAD TRICK!

Well, a few weeks after one victim was finally re-united with her property the crime saga continues by Josh Avramovich, Henry, Asi, Antionette Crawford, Mike, Vadean, ITX, Raylon, Accurate Movers, SpeedLink, Reliancewhoever

DBA; Reliance Relocation Services of Jersey City, NJ.

He and his associates continue their frauds, theft, lies, deception, and larceny by conversion

  • One victim in Las Vegas had her property dumped at the curb. Another now has his property held hostage in an unknown storage facility even after the victim had a cashiers check to pay this roaming band of gypsy bandits.

    We will keep you posted.

If you have been scammed call the police and keep those complaints going to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration-888.368.7238

    Search FMCSA, Moving Frauds

  • I Really Do Hope That Someone Can Close Down This MOVING COMPANY!!

They never delivered my belongings IN my apartment they put it in the parking lot 200 feet from my front door my apartment. I have no family here...so I rented a dolly and moved my belongings in myself. Also, I'm missing one box that never got off the truck!!I do hope they go to jail or pay us all back and more...since money means so much to them...lets take it back...ALL OF IT!!!!

  • Wow! Every time I check back here there is a new victim of these criminals! Glad to see Justininan Investigations, U.S. DOT, FMCSA and Officer Christie S, Meridian Twnshp. are is helping these poor people out and they won't have to sleep on the floor anymore! WAY TO GO HEROES!

  • As you are all aware, Yosef Ashdot of Accurate Movers and Reliance Relocation relinquished the "hostage load" of the victim in Oregon on 10/09/2008. It was recovered in Lansing, Michigan. However, there there is much more to be done. Another victim was supposed to have property moved from Michigan to California. Since March 2008 the property has allegedly been held hostage, possibly in New Jersey. Federal investigators from U.S. DOT, FMCSA are examining this case and others related to fraud.

  • hannah23511, FYI

If you go to Reliance Relocation I'd suggest you contact Jersey City PD & have them stand by with you. Police agencies handle these "maintain the peace" calls for a complainant. If not too busy, they will respond.

I'd want it documented you were present and reactions of who, what, when, where & how for your future use & that of FMCSA.

Tell Ashdot, and/or Josh Avramovich, Henry, Mike, Vadean, ITX, Raylon, Accurate, SpeedLink, Moe, Larry & Curley..

    Jim sends his regards.

  • Terrible situations for us.

I am going there on friday in person to get my monies. Its a 5 hr ride but it will be worth it

  • I still have not received my refund. On several occasions I have talked to Josh and he told me to keep calling back. After I finally posted my own video, some other man from his office (Yoseph?) called me back and told me that he was going to sue me for recording Josh and I's conversation. A scare tactic that did not work. The man told me that he wouldn't sue me for 10,000 dollars if I gave up and let them keep my 430$. I told him no way, and he said he would see me in court.Bring IT.

  • a family member of mine went to reliance's headquarters and told me that they dont even own trucks. Only 2 people work in the office named josh and henry and they have a huge office space with phones and computers.

  • Jim Carlin, Mr. Hawthorne, Officer Christie S, and the newly named Devons Storage Facility staff have been beyond helpful through this mess. Words can't express the kind hearted help we've experienced; Jim has put in many pro bono hours helping us retrieve our belongings. Because of these great people, others are being helped and the illegal practices of Reliance Movers and Ashdot are finally exposed/examined and brought to light for the public. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

  • ASHDOT & RELIANCE RELOCATION. PUT THE TUBE STEAKS IN JAIL & RELOCATE THEM TO A SLAMMER!!!

    pax4pax has it right,

    "Great job!

Someone needs to get all of Reliance's and Ashdot's records and check with other "customers." No doubt, nearly all have had these problems.

Ashdot and Josh A. need to stop locking up people's belongings (and those people's lives) and be locked up themselves -- con artists from the start!

  • I have become a recent victim as of September 25,2008. Reliance Relocation Corp picked up my belongings September 25,2008 and it is now October 10,2008 and I still don't have my belongings. Josh has told me that a tire caught fire one day and another day he told me that the truck has broke down. I have called everyday since Oct 1st and I will hope that I and everyone else recieves there belongings. Can we bring them to JUSTICE!!!

  • Remember this name and agency, FMCSA if you have a problem or believe you have been scammed or defrauded? We would not have recovered the victim's property without this agency's help.

  • GREAT NEWS & A TRIUMPH FOR FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE

The moving goods of Fawn Burgess wrongfully appropriated in July, and kept in a storage unit in Lansing, Michigan were today relnquished by Joseph Ashdot, Accurate Movers, & Reliance Relocation.

It is now safe and secure in Ms. Burgess name and eventually will be shipped to her residence in Oregon. Anyone out there know a reputable mover?

We will post new video in this matter.

    Thank you to all

  • I urge whoever is watching this video to please repost it where ever possible. Also see my phone call conversation with the other of this company, Josh. These are scam artist like i have never seen or dealt with before.

  • More and more people have called and we continue to provide resource info for those who may have been defrauded or scammed. This agency and site are a great resource.

  • I've been ripped off too.

My stuff is being held because I couldn't pay the more than doubled price from the estimate, w/o reason. The crew and the rented truck were like drug addicts.

As I pay an outrageous rent each month, they threaten to sell all our life's belongings "in 2 days!" if I miss it.

Crooks and liars, surely the gov't doesn't allow this kind of stuff.

I'm going to call the police where my stuff was stolen and where I talk with them, somewhere? NJ.

    STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE!

  • I think some kind of task force is needed. Look how big this is and all people who lost furniture and money. Please help us!!~

  • So the victim is not helped by the BBB because the perp used bad language? I just bet the perp has a lot of experience with BBB complaints and how to get them discarded. Just talk in his everyday language. Someone should send him a "Speak and Spell" as a gift! Meanwhile the victim has no bed to sleep in. I am going to provide this link to the Oprah show! Stay tuned!

  • NJ BBB advised they can no longer consider complaint because of inapproriate language of response and matter will be closed, unresolved. You may read full comments by Ashdot and our position on their site.

    Part of his answer to them;

we are providing moving services over five years and the complaints against our company are very few if any (if we do not count the false claim of the groosome crook investigator). jim carlin

  • To all viewers and those who may have been defrauded by these persons or others?

Be sure to read the full situation on the link to upper right side more info

You will find another link to our web site, JustinianLaw, which fully notes all the facts and how this family was victimized and terrorized in this horrific moving scam.

More and more complaints come in every day and all are passed along to the appropriate law enforcement agency and/or state entity that would have jurisdiction.

  • these bastards got me too. I signed complaints with Newark. They have a real smooth talk but walk is crooked.

  • . . . just to let you know, I used my son's youtube account to post those last comments about the move scam. Yes, we have not had any access to our belongings since july 3 and we are with only our camping gear to sleep with!

  • Here are some facts: Reliance was found on the internet. They accepted a deposit from me without disclosing they had lost their mover license.

  • They never arrived to pick items up. Five days late, another mover arrived claiming to be a reliance driver. He was not, he was Accurate Movers. He drove from NJ in a budget truck all the way to MI pretending to be a reliance driver, and loaded our family belongings into the budget truck and put them in a storage unit 15 or so miles from our home immediately.

  • The disclosure that he was not a reliance driver, ransom demands etc . . . all began after he had our belongings- and there was never a contract with this mover, never an agreement for exchange of money with them. This was a scam plan from the beginning. There are several people right now in this position, paying money and never getting their belongings back.

  • There is no bill to settle. They were stolen from day one. The items were never weighed or itemized. There is no bill to settle the scammer wasn't hired and there is no contract and no bill.

  • thanks for the info !

    fees at 7000 dolars? wowwee

Aint nobody gonna pay that. Take the stuff back and rent a u-haul

  • Hey its obvious this lady has waaay more items than she told the company originally. Therfore she needs to pay the movers. Who in their right mind would move her all the way to oregon with all that stuff for $ 1000 ? COME ON THE GAS ALONE IS COSTLY. She needs to settle her bill cause no mover would want to get screwed

  • im glad i am reading this-

I was looking for a mover in jersey city and seen this company ONLINE. I went over to the address they listed and they are not there. They are in Texas not NJ. Funny

  • He wants paid for WHAT move? Maybe he should go back to "Mover School" and learn what a "move" is. DUH! Loading someones belongings and driving them to a storage place a few miles down the road and then holding them hostage for ransom does not comprise a "move!" AND HE WANTS PAID BIG MONEY FOR THAT? HE SHOULD BE SUED FOR THIS POOR VICTIM NOT HAVING ACCESS TO THE BELONGINGS FOR ALL THIS TIME!

  • Thanks for update. Get the FOIA out there on him and crimes. Needs to be hauled off in cuffs to jail.

  • Another threat from Ashdot to victim;

    Date: Sun, 7 Sep 2008 14:48:18 +0000

somebody has to pay me the cost for the move.

you can split it between you and reliance or he can pay the whole thing but he can not agree on anything on my expense.

    Please advise.

    Joseph

Thank you to the many people across the country who have emailed complaints on this person and companies. All of the complaints have been forwarded to proper agency. Keep them coming. We will keep in touch.

  • Yosef-remember this tune because it is coming to your neighborhood soon;Bad boys bad boys whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you

  • I bet Oprah would be interested in this story. This needs to hit the press big time. Stop these criminals from vicimizing so many unsuspecting people who only wish to relocate and now must sleep on the floor and do without all of their belongings. This is totally outrageous!

  • Found this of interest too!!

Yoe has a New York commercial drivers license yet lives in Jersey? You can checks laws in both states on having 2 licenses. A real no no. Washington Boro, NJ PD, Chief Cortellesi should be be advised. (908-689-4646)and info sent to local & Warren County NJ Public Safety Dept-(908-835-2050)

  • another thought for IRS & taxpayers? Is ransom money deductable? Is storage for stolen property deductable? Is driving a getaway truck from New Jersey to Michigan and back, deductable? How about all these telephone numbers being forwarded and internet web sites? Are these all deductable?

Yes, there is something fishy in Secaucus.

  • Joe or Yoe, Will you pay taxes on $800 Reliance will pay you? Do you both write it off as bad debt? People, head for IRS url. You can get 10% recovery reward from IRS for locating hidden income and fraud. You can find Ashdot's ssn, dob, companies, relatives, houses, cars, & phones. Accurate, Reliance, Internet Yellow Pages in Jersey City, all related companies. I found it in 2 days. Can't wait for Freedom of Information Act stuff to pop? It's all out there for police here to see and the fed's.

  • the guy spammed over 100 sites with Accurate Moving and phones to him. Check it out for yourself. If you've been ripped call authorities. Best driver of Reliance Relocation is best thief. Does this dude wear a mask?

  • Accurate listing all bogus....part of ripoff report.

Reliance Relocation called to assure me that Yoseph worked for them.

Yoseph called back screaming that no he is his own company and I must pay him in cash and triple what I was quoted prior to release of any informantion about where my belongings are. l take over the move of my belongings, and he says 2000 dollars to release the whereabouts, and in cash.

  • BTW. Mr. Ashdot,

FOIA materials were requested and forthcoming on you & associates from agencies in Washington, Jersey City, Newark, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and others. That documentation will be turned over to local LEO's and also published on web. The tentacles of your scams reach across the USA. All I can do is pass along the information but you will soon answer for your fraud and someone will bring you to justice. You and your crew give a bad name to real professional movers.

    Get a work ethic!

  • Joseph or Yosef, Victim paid a $240 deposit. Reliance willing to pay you $800. There was no deal, the items were not moved to Oregon. You have profited $1,040 taking a joy ride from NJ to Mi. The left hand knows exactly what the right is doing. Take the ransom from your right hand and release the family's stolen property. You probably have your Budget truck at the Jersey line ready for the next mark? But maybe this time more people will be aware of your flimflam scam. Get a job, an honest one.

  • Email from Victim-

Victim was informed and it was confirmed Reliance will pay $800 to you, Joseph.

Copies of these BBB communications with Reliance on Sept 3, 2008 have been forwarded to DOT, BBB, the storage facility owner and necessary agencies in MI as verification that this situation is coming to a close.

Items will be picked up as soon as possible, as requested by Reliance through the Better Business Bureau, when the storage facility in Michigan verifies your release as well.

  • Hello

I spoke with Josh from Reliance and verified with him what he agreed with you.

He confirmed that he agreed to pay only $800.

So please be serious about this and do not play any games and no more lies please.

Trying to get your belongings without compensating hard working people for the services they provided is ungeatful and frankly it is discusting.

Your "investigaor"(justinian law) tried to do this for you and it did not work.

    It never will

    Joseph.

  • I guess Ashdot feels he will need the extra change since he is getting such bad publicity and won't be getting much business soon. "Accurate Movers" missed the mark by thousands of miles so what is so accurate about Accurate Movers?"

  • tony soprano & paulie walnuts can set this mover straight. he's up the road from him in warren.

  • Yosef, Joseph, Josh, Raylon, Moe, Larry or Curley, whoever you are today and wherever you are?

Extortion is extortion is EXTORTION!! Robbery, theft, fraud, larceny by conversion, swindling, Internet crimes, whatever you call it, the bottom line is you are asking for ransom.

By the way, if Reliance Relocation is paying you $800 why don't you just return her stolen property? Why, because "greed" is all you think about.

Again, Why don't you do an honest day's work and earn an honest dollar?

  • This is the latest extortion threat from Ashhot's band of belligerent bandits; sent via email to the victim;

it has been a while since i am trying to establish contact with you.

as was spoken and agreed by reliance relocation they are willing to pay us(accurate moving services) $800 of your balance.

i need you to contact me about the rest of the balance and once your balance with us is cleared

then we will notify the storage facility to release your property.

    Joseph.

  • Keep digging Justinian. I have a feeling you are going to discover this is a huge operation and a lot of people are getting hurt with their whole homes being packed up on a truck and held hostage, never to be delivered! I would not even doubt that they sell the expensive things. This ought to hit media in every state! Everything you find out is definitely fishy!

  • There is no listing for Raylon Green in New Jersey or New York? Is this another bogus name working under Yosef Ashdot and Josh Avramovich? We are awaiting the results of an inquiry of Avramovich in NY & NJ and crew. We will soon publish that information. If you have any questions on these people you are urged to contact us and or the law enforcement agency in your area.

I find it strange that the Reliance Relocation site that is on their web address comes up to a Texas company and does not appear to have been updated since 2006?

If this is such a big company where are they listed in Jersey City, NJ? Where is their New Jersey license and DOT?

  • These critters of crime who operate in the vagueness of law under the guise of being a legitimate moving entity continue to lie and tell NJ BBB they have done nothing wrong. Well Yosef Ashdot, et al, come to Michigan and explain your illegal ways and extortive techniques.

The spotlight is on you, Reliance Relocation and many others. I think you are all in for a big surprise. Labor Day is over. It's about time Yosef you finally did an honest day's work in your life!

  • The following letter is not true. I have never been contacted by anyone from Reliance who claim they have my belongings to the BBB. They claim they will bring them to a public unit when in fact they ARE as you can see above. This person claims to have spoken with me. Ashdot is keeping them hostage, not seen our belongings since July 3. Still sleeping on the floor.

  • I am the one whose stuff is in the unit- here is a response from Reliance from BBB today, sept 2 claiming THEY have my stuff- even though Ashdot has it in a public unit in MI:

    Dear Arbitrator,

Reliance Relocation Systems is one of the most responsible and reliable moving and storage companies in the country today.

  • We are very particular as to the way in which we explain our charges to our customers; the basis of the esitimate and any contingent charges that may incur. We also try to make sure that any promise made to the customer, verbal or written, is honored. On many occasions Ms Burgess was contacted by Reliance Relocation because I myself kept in constant contact with her.

  • As far as the location for the storage unit, for liability reasons we do not release the location simple because we estimate by the pound. the customers items are weighed before they reach their destination, and if we give the customer access to the unit the weight could be altered.

  • The customer has the option to have Reliance Relocation to deliver the items ot a public storage unit. Thank you Raylon Green Administration Reliance Relocatioin 800-949-6169 ext 113

  • So! Let me get this straight. The scammer wants to be nice and ask for less money than the original extortion amount since reporting this to the BBB and the items still don't get moved as orginally agreed upon? DUH? What is she paying for? He decided to store it on his own. Now he wants $800.00 for scamming her? GET REAL!

  • Now Mr. Ashdot is reducing his extortion demand to $800, after a complaint to NJ BBB. Give the lady back her property and develop a better business ethic that has customer service, honesty and trust in a name. The one you have now spells, CRIME.

The Labor Day holiday weekend is here. Think about what the word "labor" really means Yosef Ashdot. Stop being a con, and earn an honest buck.

  • Joseph Yosef whatever your name today? WABC just showed your scam in a story. Could be cops will see you quick now. You got hooked by the HOOK

  • Who are all these ppl? Ashdot has a seedier crew than Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.

Ashdot, Avramovich, Mike, Vadean, ITX, Raylon, Accurate Movers, SpeedLink, Reliance...whoever you are? This scheme is going to be exposed. You can run, but you can't hide. For anyone who is interested in chasing down these people on moving related issues or other frauds, public records indicate telephones for Ashdot, 917.348.6656, his cell- 347.231.3883.

PPL, CALL THE COPS IF YOU KNOW THIS BUNCH

  • I made a few calls to police where Ashdot lived and worked in New York and NJ. Anyone can request freedom of information act paperwork and a bunch is being gathered. I intend to give this to police here and up in Michigan and IRS. I can post this on web. Get a real job Ashdot. Stop conning the public.

  • LOCK UP THIS THIEF FOR 20 YRS

  • this Ashdot guy needs NJ corrections people to gather his stuff up for a move to prison.

  • Joe or Joseph or Yosef Ashdot. Did you catch local news last nite in NY. You and buddies had a story. All kinds of complaints and people filing charges. Guess the boys in blue will be coming for you. Happy Days

  • I'm glad to assist anyone who may have been defrauded in these dubious moving schemes. If you believe you have been or are in the process of being defrauded in this manner you need to immediately contact the police. The sooner it can determine that fraud might exist, the sooner you may be able to recover your property.

If you are relocating, use known, honest and reputable movers who will give you legal estimates and service. Don't deal with a con on the Web.

  • In less than 24-hours, there's been an unbelievable response from victims and even police agencies about this particular incident in Lansing, Michigan. All the names and contact numbers are being turned over to authorities in the respective areas where a similar moving fraud may have occurred.

There are reputable alternatives if seeking honest movers for a local/cross-country relocation. We will soon post websites for the public as a resource tool. Research before you decide to move.

  • thanks mr carlin. glad to give you the info on these guys. will take advice and call New York SP Troop and keep you up on my story. Come back to NJ and clean it up

  • I hope that the perpetrator of this horrible offense is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Imagine your life being locked up in a storage unit beyond your reach because someone quotes you one price to move your stuff, picks it up and raises the price! Ridiculous! Someone needs to do something for this woman!

  • poor kids need their posessions back too. thieves don't care who they rob

  • The laws which protect consumers against this type of fraud are in need of change. There are so many people who are suffering right now. The people who own this property in the video don't have their beds or their toys . . . it's not a case of a simple VCR theft, this is an entire home. Reliance had their license revoked in 07 and still continue to scam. NJ criminal division of Attorney General and the Department of Transportation are looking at this situation and others like it I am told.

  • OMG my stuff! XD

  • this dirtbag ought to be dragged along I-80 from the back of his truck. A typical snake trying to screw the public. Gives good moving people a bad name. Maybe cops will look into this scrum. He has bad record on blogs about movers. Put him in a 10X10 cage.

  • This is definitely part of a nationwide scam which is quite prevelant and the general public has no idea how they can be preyed upon when obtaining a moving company! I am extremely happy to see you are taking action on behalf of the victim here! Let justice be done! What a hero you are!
