  • Dont be looking in them holes that be toooo scary

  • Excellent breathing control! ✯✯✯✯✯

  • Wow, there really isn't very much of this ship left, collapsing in on its self. I guess thats why DD's and DE's were called Tin Cans. Very interesting video. I hope to someday see video of the 2 japanese destroyers sunk at Wake Isalnd in 1941. Thanks for posting this.

  • Geez, sunken ships freak me out! I`m not afraid of mutch, but deep/dark water so u can`t see whats under me fucking scare the shit out of me.

Also, if i were able to see like 60 meters bellow me i might think that would scare me to xD

  • Her coordinantes when attacked was 26 degrees 48 minutes North, 128 degrees 04 minutes East

  • Recently the plaque was stolen from the USS Emmons. Anyone with information regarding who took it or it's location can talk to Ryan at Foster Tsunami Scuba. Tell me and I'll be MORE THAN HAPPY to pass the word. NCIS is conducting an investigation as well so hopefully they will catch whoever stole it.

  • I'va always wanted to see a sunken ship! it fascinates me. Although I don't like people to get hurt. Hahah~ it reminds me of super mario 64. xD

  • thanks stewie84.....nice to see someone posts that know the history of said post.

  • the uss has been believed to be attacked by the zero planes which belonged to the japanese navy. recently, an american diver found the aircraft engine on the bottom close to the uss. based on his inforamtion a japanese diver went diving there and found that the propellor was the one of army surveillance plane according to the characters on it.

  • Isn't this the same ship that was vandalized a few months back.

    I hate grave robbers!

  • Wrecks rule!

  • You ever find it spookey when you go down there. your looking at a gloomy piece of history

  • beautiful water, and much respect for the sailors, and even the pilots who flew their planes into the ship (based on fact they were willing to do it for their country). I know there is a plaque on the ship, do people ever make attempt to clean it off? I saw video the other day that was probably taken maybe year ago and you could hardly read it. If I was diving, I personally would try to scrap it off, make it more readable.

  • @stewie84 Thank you for telling me that

  • why does noboudy go in the ship

  • @AlexBoy123HBG Well, the main reason is safety and bottom time. Going inside a wreck is always hazardous, and this wreck is deep enough that you can't stay down very long without planning for decompression during ascent. Also, it's wise to avoid touching the ship at all because there is a lot of unexploded ordnance onboard...

  • @AlexBoy123HBG

    It's a war grave.

  • @AlexBoy123HBG and another reason its a grave site around or 60 sailors and the kamikaze pilot are still buried within in the ship. and out of respect no one goes in their if you have ever seen cities of the underworld on Okinawa you will see what im talking about.

  • @TheSuckerCity pay some respect dude

  • were there any bones or anything on the boat?

  • I don't know why but i am really fascinated by sunken ships

My father's ship the USS Industry was sunk by the typhoon in 1945 after repelling several kamikaze attacks.

  • Are we looking at a side view? is she lying on her side?

  • yep.

  • wen ever i see somthing like this i get scared so i put my legs up on my chair

cuz i get scared that my feet r gunna be biten off

  • sad sad day...

  • Was that a whale sound or something in the background of the vid????

  • awesome!

  • 64 men were killed. The rest were rescued... It's definitely a little eerie. We have entered the ship, but venturing too deep into it is not plausible on amount and type of gas we were diving on because we required decompression time on ascent.

  • Are there any recorded dives on Ships that show remains? Like WW2 ships?

  • when i get certified iwth padi i want to dive in a lake near me that has a sunken toilet lol and a sunken sailboat

  • This is such a cool hobby or job! I'd love to dive but my head always feels like its going to explode if I get down below a measily 12 feet! I clear my sinus too and it doesn't help : (

  • is that a destroyer

  • Please see the link in the description for more information.

  • lol cool i was look in related videos and found this. and i live in okinawa :] but i never heard about this ship

  • An American runs a charter boat out of Nago to go on this dive... He is also a tech-diving instructor.

  • has there ever been a wreck of a battleship that sank evenly with her big guns still attached?

  • phonix032 Well the IJN Yamato is upright with her guns still attached and some are still intact.

  • is there a vid that ship is so mighty

  • have they ever found the wreck of the yamato??? the best jap battleship

  • The Yamato is at 1095 feet... you need a sub to see that one.

  • shouldint they get all the dead bodys out!!

  • No. I do see what your getting at but then again its like someone going and digging up your grave. Plus i can imagine the water in that thing is..no less than horrible...

  • yeah!!i get what your saying!has anyone been inside the ships!

  • No human beings as far as we know.

  • you're watching too much movies :)

  • Thanks! I highly recommend the Tunnel Rats tour if you get a chance...

  • a trully awsome vid and beautifull ship ,,any idea of what sank it??

  • This ship was sunk in WWII...

  • top of the wreck is about 110ft... down at the sand is about 145-150ft

  • The fish look like they're having a good time.

  • A little less life than we've seen on some other trips to this wreck, but still some pretty awesome fish to see down there...

if you listen closely, you can hear the whales that were migrating through the area!

  • wow!cool.what kind of ship is it?

  • see the link in the video information

  • great fish habitat

  • Im going to freedive to this wreck!

  • Good luck with that... Have fun with the current...
