@fireemblemtard9 It's a fact that most Russian's like to counterfeit money, steal money, do carding (steal credit cards) or gain money by other means, apparantely from what I have heard there is also a country next to Russia and their money bills/notes are so badly produced that you can produce fakes (counterfeit) that look EXACTLY like the original. if you ever go to an illegal credit carding website then it will be most likely Russian, if not then, both Russian and English together XD.
