whenever i go into the wild i only find male unicorns. Are there females? or do you have to breed to get a female?

@marissarw000000 Yes there are in fact female unicorns.

Male are tend to be the first ones out and about until you adopt it then the female will roam around. At least that happens with me a lot.

I do not think you can breed to get female unicorns seeing I've only had male foal every time my female Unicorn gets pregnant.

tip:if you bless your female horse wile she's pregnant of a unicorn you have more chenges of the baby be a unicorn .(i tried this and it works i have one baby unicorn at the first try)but you have to bless her ever day .

I'm not sure, I've only had male unicorn babies but I think you can seeing that you can find wild female unicorns around.

why dont you just download the free thing on "uploads" on the menu before you click to play sims 3 and you will get a unicorn in your sim bin.Then just make two and make them have babies then you wont have to impress them or try and try for a baby unicorn you will definatly get one. also you can change the colour of the unicorn.

I love the unicorns! Mine is black and it was automatically named Meteor. :) he's a gorgeous unicorn. But he almost killed innocent bystanders by starting a fire on the grass...

It's completely at random what color unicorn you'll get.

But once you have a unicorn when you go to edit their saddle you can change their coloring also. So you can turned your black one into a white one! <:

how the hell do you make a unicorn?

i dont know if you can do it in create a household because my game glitches where all the animals faces stretch around weirdly

@ChiiM0M0 Well you kinda can't make a unicorn with out...OWNING a unicorn 8D;;;

You see you rather find one in the wild or download it from the Sims 3 exchange on the Thesims3.com home page.

Once you have/find one you can edit it and save it in your bin which then you'll be able to make a unicorn.

Or just find two Unicorns, have them woo hoo and get a baby unicorn or the same with a horse and a unicorn P:

@ChiiM0M0 When the clock is 00:00 click at the button so you can se the town, see a little around, and suddently you can see a light , go to that place, be bestfriend with the unicorn. and after that you ask the unicorn to move to you. if it do not work the first time, try more .

in Appy plains, look at the two fishing areas and sometimes look above your house :) my first uni was a white one and i began his trust in one of the fishing spots. Then he came to my house with the wild horses and i adopted him there XD so far i havent gotten ONE declined invite yet :)

Go on sim exchange and look for unicorns.. there are really great ones.. download two of them and then create them (located in Pre-Made sims) and then if you breed two unis surely you should get a baby uni??

@AnaAkita It's a 50/50 chance that you'll get a baby unicorn if you breed and unicorn with a horse. But your foul will have a change of having unicorn offspring when older if mom/dad are a unicorn.

You'll always get a unicorn foul if you breed a male and female unicorn.

Once you own a unicorn it will not disappear, It'll always be out and about until A. You release it into the wild or B. it dies.

1. Can the mother be a unicorn and the father a normal horse, or does it have to be the opposite?

@elziiXD You, the unicorn can be female and the father can be a horse <:

and you can only find white ones and black ones at random. But you can change the coloring of your unicorn by editing the saddle.

@elziiXD when I was playing my unicorn was female and she gave birth to a regular horse when her mate was a regular horse. But when she was with another unicorn, their foal was a unicorn.

And there are two unicorns as far as I know, but there may be more. I had my sim find a unicorn and the first one was black and a female. but then I saw one night there was another unicorn aura at the other fishing spot. So I went there and adopted the unicorn, and it was a male unicorn, with white coloring :)

There are 2 ways of getting a unicorn: the easiest and the hardest. The easiest is to push Shift+Ctrl+C and type 'testingcheatsenabled true', then click on the found unicorn holding Shift and choose 'Add to active family'. The hardest is that you need to befriend the found unicorn but he still won't accept your adoption request until you become best friends with 1 horse, 1 cat and 1 dog, have at least 2 caged animals and have the 8th level in horse riding skill.

@jennymister You have to be friends with some animals rather they are strays or your own. You also need a level ten in horse back riding. You have to get the 'pet' skill up too. It's a hidden skill making it hard to know how high it is.

The best advice I can give is be friend Deer and racoons (by watching them and petting them) and neighborhood pets and teaching Dogs and Cats how to hunt and tricks. After words keep asking the unicorn to join after befriending it <:

@Pokemonfeverforever If its around 19.00 you press tab and vieuw the sky. In the new town there is a lot with water somewhere.. The unicorns are usually there. So if you are vieuwing the sky you will see light shining and underneath that there will be a unicorn. If you have problems adding the unicorn to your household, just ask..

@Pokemonfeverforever Well, there is an easy way to find the unicorn. If one of your Sims has the Equestrian trait, then around midnight (in the game, of course) you will see a big cloud of sparkling dust (kinda looks like an army of Care Bears farted xD) over a fishing spot or at the beach. If you see that cloud, that means the unicorn is there. You must be best friends with a cat,a dog, and a horse to adopt the unicorn. Make sure you have enough space in your household! Hope this helps! :)

@SimsXluv I'm pretty sure you have to be friends with 5 animals before you can adopt it, the same happened to me and once i had i had 5 animal friends i could adopt the unicorn
