um, it's a bit of both. the initial song is still obviously playing over top of the actor's voices but the male voice that you hear underneath when it's his parts, is indeed David Tennant singing. Yeah I know! Decent voice! Too bad they didn't do a musical who ep! That would have been brilliant!
