there are lots of places where carp congregate like that, if you have ever been to Cedar Point in Ohio, that is one such place, as a matter of fact thay have gumball machines filled with dogfood and for a quarter, you too can experience "killer fish"

Used to see exactly the same thing - a glut of carp crowding around the dock by Lakeside Amusement Park (Denver, Colorado), hoping to be fed popcorn or bread. I still remember their sucking noises, and that sometimes one would be pushed up on top of all the others (out of the water) for several seconds. Bit of a yucky scene!

Actually it is Pymantuning Reservouir on the PA/OH State Line. There was a special that aired on PBS about the carp, and even showed the local waterfowl walking on their backs.
