There's nothing out of tune,if u grab your guitar and work out the chords you will see there's nothing wrong with the tune,is just a wobbling audio recording.

not really sure what that means but thank you. As you will notice when you listen, the guitar sounds out of tune. In actuality I think its the recording...safe to say it's probably not that badly tuned. Regardless, I love Al's playing and his music. Thus, you can lick my left one.

It's because of the videotape being analog. The hertz of the sound swings up and down, making it sound un-tuned or something.
