@pdogger1 get your papers, it didn't go out of business just lost money and changed owners when they sold the company legally they still had your down payment and your intitled to at-least a refund on (most~) of your money... the company still plans to rekindle itself.

I'm surpried at how many people put down a deposit. Seems like you would want to demand an escrow or something before popping down good money.
