Hahaha…...your cooking methods are a little unconventional to the ones I am used to seeing but then again these are bachelor chilaquiles, and the result in the end looks good so who cares. I would, however, make the dish a little more manly by putting some more cheese, Italian or Mexican I love them both, and crema on them. I like a BIG breakfast.
And I know you just got out of bed, compadre, but you still could’ve given us the ingredients and quantity in this video. I guess I’ll have to stick to Aaron Sanchez’s version which I was watching before I came here. But thanks for the laughs and this song, which is going to be in my head for the next day or two.
