Is your PortaPet carrier for Winnie the Medium size? I ordered the medium and it looks a lot bigger than the one in this video. Just wondering if I need to return it for the small, but worried to get stuck with two. Thanks!
@WinnieTheTzuTube Thanks so much for getting back to me, you really are very sweet. I figured my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. Two Winnie's and my Zoe fit in the one I got. The place said an exchange is no problem, so my small is on the way. Yay! :)
@TerriLynneM I can't remember now - I bought it before I even brought Winnie home from the breeder. It's handmade and I found it by typing "grooming pillow" into google. Lots of people make & sell them. I'm hoping to design a pattern and sew one myself, because this one's falling apart. If I figure out how to do it I will post a "how-to" video.
@GoldBeautiness I've never had an issue with tat and I've stayed at a LOT of hotels in my life so far. I find that if you lock up your valuables (most hotels have in-room safes) or just bring them with you when you leave the room then there is really no cause for concern.
Can you cut the hair around her eyes if she is that long? My shih tzu has a puppy cut and they trim around his eyes (round face) when he goes to the groomers. I was just curious as to what could be done with long hair dogs
@aGoddessinTraining I personally do not trim Winnie's face at all, although I know many people do. I've heard that the short hairs can cause trouble for their eyes when it starts to grow so you have to keep up with it. I personally chose to leave Winnie's face as is.
I just recently went on a plane trip to Florida and when I was getting my bag I saw that suitcase and I was like "Maybe she was on the plane I was on" LOL. I know you wernent but I thought that was funny;) Love this video ♥
were the uglyone is staying it is pet friendly and the grounds are wonderful for Maximus...loads of open grass area running by the river...it is so nice when you can bring them with you..like Winnie, Max is a wonderful traveller...He has a carseat as well which he loves to climb into and be able to see while we travel...I am interested in hearing more about the harness Winnie is wearing...it looks padded..is she able to sit and lie down while wearing it? looking forward to the flight video
@uglybobswife The Kurgo Tru-Fit Smart Harness is great (Winnie wears a small). We use it in the car and also in the dog basket I have attached to my bike. It is slightly padded and very sturdy. I know it can double as a harness type collar but Winnie only wears hers when we're on the road.
