  • test this!!!!

  • Also, i think you described the crossover wrong. If you move the crossover to say, 75hz, the sub will send any sound ABOVE 75hz to the monitors, while any sound BELOW 75hz will be reproduced by the sub.

  • Hey, thanks convinced me to purchase them. So, lemme get this straight and make sure I'm correct: Run a cord from the output of my laptop, into the input of the iKey Sub. Then run the output from the sub into the input of the monitors. (I believe they're powered since each monitor has it's own power cord that plugs into the wall)

  • Lolat the start "HELLO FOLKS!"

  • my subs go to 400 hz is this norma??

  • I've got a pair of these and they really do shake buildings.

    Great product ....Great price !

  • and do a reveiw on the peavy 4X12 cab 1000watts baby

  • why do all the briti8sh people talk about these? No offense at all but its true.

  • @1tootall96 because they care about sound quality

  • @BlakeC94 good point

  • I believe the cross-over, if it has a high-pass built in (which many studio subwoofers, or, "bass cabs", will actually filter out the bass from the audio being fed into the subwoofer, utilize those bass frequencies for the its amplifier, then send the audio with those bass frequencies filtered, or "cut out", to the main speakers. This allows for a significantly more efficient reproduction of audio via the main speakers as there won't be any bass frequencies being sent that the mains can't make

  • sure is, just like a cross over for your tweeters, mid drivers and woofers on all-in-one monitors.

  • how much for one of these?

  • wattage is 175W rms

i read a description and it seems a little low weight for a 10inch

    17kg

  • Wouldn't mind seeing that bad boy in action for a 60 second video.

    Also what's the rms wattage?

    - Josh

  • thanks j

  • Great video...

One Question, whats the wattage...and when hooking it up to a mixer stereo etc, do you need a dedicated sub out or can it be just a generic audio out???

    -Mike-

  • can be set to any out on the mixer as you get the X over in the box.

     J
