for all netbook wow players out there, disable all addons you are using, i get around 30-40 fps with no addons and around 10-20 fps with addons. i have the 1.6 GHz intel atom processor, no clock, 1 gig or ram and intel gma 3150

Mit strg+f schaltet man die FPS-Anzeige ein. DAs wäre wirklich ausschlußreich gewesen. Ich weiss jetzt nicht ob das Ruckeln vom Netbook kommt oder von der Kamera.

I play WOW on my HP Mini 110-1135NR with 2GB Ram on Windows 7 Premium! I have no real issues. I myself would marry my netbook if it could make coffee. These netbooks are amazing for their price range. Also GOG Games as well, and wild tangent games as well, not to mention iTunes 9.0 with 8k songs. I also play videos with VLC. I hope this helps.

what about northrend? im going mad seeing that EVERYONE who has reviewed wow on netbooks is only showing starter cities. Id like to see if it can produce the same result in Dalaran!!

installing WoW on my netbook as we speak. As soon as I have results about performance in Dalaran, I'll post here again.

As promised, I am reporting back with the results:

Dalaran is slightly choppy, but not really any worse than I experienced it on my normal PC. I even went as far as installing the addons WIM and DBM, and it still ran nicely (and that during the winter veil feast, which normally causes me to lag anywhere).

I am currently so much in love with my Samsung netbook, that I would marry it if it could make coffee as well!

Going to attempt a 5 man heroic on it tomorrow and report back then.

They postponed the US launch to wait for Win 7, Lenovo did the same with their ION netbook. You'll have to wait a bit to get one here in the states.
