  • @The170460 Hi The170460 what do you mean wrong chords,so what are the chords then, cheers Tony

  • @The170460 The chords are right, hes just play the 5th fret on the A string instead of playing the open A string.

Hes working a little harder then he has to is all.

  • I'm 61 years old and I have a grandson 17 years old really picking up the guitar fast and is always asking me to show him something new. I played this song best I could for not playing much anymore but I am going to show him this video so he can practice your style. I will love sitting and listening to him play it. At his age he will probaly have the tune and words learned by tommorrow. Thanks

  • @x2malandy Hi Malandy thanks for your comment, kids seem to pick things up a lot easier now days than they used to ,Best regards Tony

  • Awesome job, Tony. Hey...my name's Tony, too. Though, I'm from Dee-troit Rock City, originally :-) I've been wanting to learn this one since I was a tiny lad of 8 back in the late 60s. Now I know it, and you're to be thanked (or blamed, according to my wife) for that. LOL!

  • @Kwaichang8 Hi Tony glad you liked it,yes you can blame me cause I'm a long way from you, tell your wife its my fault,Best regards Tony

  • Thank you nice one Tony

  • @poleangler1 Hi thanks for your comment & rating,i appreciate it,best regards Tony

  • Almost! Good effort and nicely played but..the chorus is wrong!! you should stay on the Em longer! you're moving up to Am too soon each time!

  • @markw605063 hi mark your right ,Best regards Tony

  • One question. At the end of the riff when you go from the open D sting to the low open E. The open E seems so dark compared to the original recording. Could it be correct to go back to the E on the D string?

  • thanks pal

  • @jimmykaskie Hi Jimmy your more than welcome, i hope it helps you, cheers Tony

  • Sorry its TONY not John, Regards Ray

  • Well being from the generation that heard it when it came out i can say this is an excellent lesson. Simple clear instructions ,repeated slowed down and spot on. All you need to get started playing one of the most important riff/songs that influenced bands that became household names. Great job John.

  • Thank you for sharing! Great job of teaching. You know your stuff!
