aeroturbines are prolly the only mufflers that add enought HP to notice but all the others dont ......these are the only mufflers nascar will use bc they are performance before sound!
an aftermarket exhaust may add a little power if your lucky but it won't be enough to notice. Get a CAI and a tune if you want noticeable power gains. It will also alter your exhaust note slightly do to greater air flow.
